The Learning Systems Intern will join a team responsible for the support and maintenance of BCG's custom-developed Learning System. As part of the team, the role will assist with data analysis and reporting, query building, application testing and support, and systems documentation. The HR Systems Learning Intern will assist with a variety of tasks to help support the ongoing Learning initiative. Communication: The Learning Co-op will have the opportunity to communicate with BCGers located all over the world. Strong interpersonal skills are key to successful troubleshooting. The role will also require maintaining documentation on systems operations.

Systems Documentation: The Co-op must have strong written communication. The role will maintain existing documentation on systems operation and usage, create new documentation detailing features and functionality, and document business requirements for new system functionally.

Support: The role will partner with other members of the Learning squads to respond to support questions or requests for system maintenance.

Data Analysis: Using tools such as Business Objects, Microsoft Excel, Business Objects, and ServiceNow, the role will partner with business analysts to determine the best way to deliver data to business users. The role will learn how to run existing reports, query a database to generate data and format the data for use by others.

Application testing: The role will be given responsibility for testing new features or specific online learning modules to make sure they work properly and are compatible with the latest browser technology.

Problem Solving: The intern will know how to work independently to test different solutions to a user's IT issue.

Duties include:
