We are currently seeking a Field Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will identify and recommend optimal electronic component solutions for a variety of electronic systems. The ideal candidate will be confident working with companies in RF electronics, power electronics, and automotive electronic systems. This position primarily supports customers located throughout the Midwest.
Responsibilities:
Meet with users and potential users of Coilcraft products concerning applications and design challenges, focusing heavily on the automotive industry. Recommend appropriate solutions.
Promote beneficial partnerships with other manufacturers through cooperation on reference designs.
Work with Coilcraft's operations and engineering teams to support customers' specific needs.
Provide Coilcraft with market intelligence gained through interactions with users and potential users.
Identify potential new requirements for Coilcraft products.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Education in electrical engineering or physics is preferred.
Experience working with customers in the automotive industry is a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills

We are looking for someone who:
Holds a Bachelor s Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related Engineering field
Has 5+ years total experience.
Is computer proficient; confident with data analysis programs
Possesses problem-solving skills with experience using root cause analysis techniques
Can provide examples of new product production integration or significant operational improvement projectsI
Ideally you will also have:
Project Management and Leadership
Six Sigma, Red X, or other problem-solving certification
CAD/CAM experience

Job Responsibilities:
Perform product design, development, and quality improvements. Define and develop prototypes.
Interface with sales and marketing to determine customer specifications for new designs.
Work with cross-functional teams including operations, manufacturing, and quality to transition designs into production.
Act as engineering contact for a completed product.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineer Technology.
Experience with AutoCAD and Solid Works is a plus.
Ability to work with cost-reducing ideas
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Component Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic components, including but not limited to inductors, capacitors, resistors, diodes, and transistors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and improving the performance of the company's electronic components products by providing support to internal teams, conducting market research, and staying up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities for new electronic component products and make recommendations for product development.
Serve as a technical point of contact for customers and sales representatives, answering questions and providing solutions.
Provide technical support to internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer service.
Conduct market research to stay up to date with industry trends and competition.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product quality and reliability.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and market share.
Provide training and education to internal teams and customers on electronic components
Participate in industry events, such as trade shows and conferences, to stay informed about new products and trends.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in electronic component product management or a related field
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Business or a related field)
Excellent knowledge of electronic components, including their applications and specifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with multinational teams
Experience with product development and management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
Willingness to travel internationally for industry events and supplier meetings 30-40%
