We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team in a hybrid capacity supporting both Purchasing and Pricing functions. This role offers exposure to supplier management, cost analysis, materials procurement, and strategic pricing in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and develop a materials supply base that meets cost, quality, delivery, availability, and reliability objectives. Support supplier qualification, data collection, analysis, reporting, and corrective/preventative action activities. Execute purchase orders via the ERP system. Prepare reports as needed. Execute cost and gross profit calculations to support strategic pricing decisions. Develop competitive price comparisons and analytical reports to support market positioning. Maintain customer-specific pricing by product type to ensure accuracy and competitiveness. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, or related field. 2-5 years of purchasing or analytical experience in a manufacturing environment preferred; recent graduates with strong analytical skills will also be considered. Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, data organization, spreadsheet building). Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of ERP and MRP systems, inventory control, and ISO9001/IATF16949 standards is a plus. High attention to detail and accuracy.
