Wabash College is one of the increasingly rare men's college. However, unlike many postsecondary institutions for men, Wabash has no religious affiliation. Its academics are geared for professional success, and many Wabash graduates join the workforce immediately after earning their degree. Others go on to pursue graduate studies in medicine, law or other fields. Wabash graduates' success is largely due to how they apply themselves in school. The college's academics usually extend beyond the classroom and into student life. For example, opportunities like the Business Leaders Program and Immersion Learning Courses allow students to expand their professional experience. A large percentage of Wabash College students receive financial aid. Assistance comes in the form of federal grants, loan programs and institutional scholarships, which are based on merit. Wabash has a few different admissions deadlines based on the type of application. Early Decision students should submit their applications by November 15, and Early Action applications are due on December 1. While the deadline for regular applications is January 15, Wabash will continue to accept applications until March 15. However, all applications after January 15 will not receive full consideration for merit scholarships.
