Job Summary:
Responsible for scheduling and conducting physical space audits of University facilities.Direct supervision and management of Util CAFMTech.Analyzes building floor plans and actual facility space forcommunication to Util CAFM Tech in University Planning.Develops andmaintains accurate computerized reporting capabilities for the FacilitiesInventory.Provides internal and external constituencies with reportscontaining facility information.Position includes general administrativeduties approving time and serving as backup administration in the absence ofthe University Planner.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
3 years of experience in Data Analytics, accounting of facilities management.3 years of related experience with PC software packages.
Extensive use and knowledge of the personal computer, including Microsoft Office.Proficient in utilizing computerized data reporting systems. Strong analytical abilities and the attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
5 years of experience in Data Analytics, accounting of facilities management.5 years of related experience with PC software packages.
Knowledge of guidelines and coding structure for facilities set by the National center for Educational Statistics.Familiarity with space utilization and tracking softwares.Ability to effectively communicate with the highest level of University staff and faculty.Proficient in utilizing computerized data reporting systems.Understanding federal guidelines for research space as it pertains to Grants and Contracts Financial Administration.
