Keep machinery and work area in a clean, safe, maintained, and organized.
Assist in other areas in order to meet the production needs of Essex and its customers.
Comply with all PPE and machine guarding as necessary with each job.
Requirements
This opportunity is for the 1st shift with 3-5 years of shop experience and completion of a 2-year trade school program, or equivalent demonstrated proficiency.
The pay for this position starts at a minimum of $27.34/hr. when the minimum job requirements are met and goes up based upon a candidate's experience and qualifications in a similar role. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on company performance.
Second shift positions include a 10% shift differential, which will be added to the employee's regular hourly compensation.
