What You'll Do: CNC machine parts to specifications using machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, saws, or grinders. Measure, examine, and test completed units to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications, using precision instruments. Set up, adjust, and operate all basic machine tools and many specialized or advanced variation tools in order to perform precision machining operations. Support the activities of operations by setting up, adjusting, and operating a variety of machines. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime. Support the overall manufacturing process as needed. Team: You will be part of Coperion's manufacturing team, working alongside other skilled machinists, technicians, and production personnel. Required Education/Experience: High School diploma or equivalent. 5-7 years' progressive experience operating drills, lathes, milling machines, and CNC equipment.
