Job Summary:

Seeking a project manager / program lead who has qualified experience with large firmwide multi-year, multi-team and multi-disciplinary technology initiatives particularly in the areas of core technologies and infrastructure, preferably in Mainframe. The qualified candidate is execution and delivery-focused, works well across diverse teams, has strong communication and influencing skills, the ability to organize, coordinate and track many moving parts, manage vying priorities, and do so with proficiency in self-prioritization. This candidate will build rapport with key stakeholders and establish themselves as a trusted partner. Your core responsibilities will include:

Plan, monitor, and manage select high-impact division projects from initiation to completion. Act as an advisor to project leads and IT managers to assist in the preparation of project plans that include a definition of scope, resources, and schedule to ensure project success. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to encourage cross-discipline communication to develop and execute holistic project plans. Advise project teams on the execution and monitoring of project tasks to plan. Ensure consistent adherence to project status reporting and develop operational portfolio reporting according to the process provided by the supervisor. Conduct awareness and instructional sessions to educate division project leads and IT managers on division PM requirements.

ABOUT THE TEAM

Manager - AutoCAD will manage all efforts related to the AutoCAD design platform for Resident Technology Services (RTS). #LI-BW1 #LI-Remote

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The AutoCAD Manager will work with the RTS design team to provide support for all design efforts including file management and coordination, system support, deliverable quality control(QC) and coordination, and process improvement. The AutoCAD Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Multifamily Development. The AutoCAD Manager will interface with the entire RTS Design Team, Project Managers and Field Managers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as point person for the support, upgrade, and process improvement of the AutoCAD design platform:

  • Primary Duties
    • Coordinate all RTS files and documents as it relates to the teams AutoCAD efforts
    • Manage and maintain all incoming and outgoing .dwg and .pdf files from client and/or architect
    • Manage and maintain all AutoCAD templates, Blocks, and scripts
    • Perform project set up tasks to include document management, initial project set-up, coordination of necessary files and documents from client.
    • Management and creation of design Block Libraries and drawing templates
    • Continuously advise on process improvement strategies
    • Support the RTS Design Team on all background/file updates.
    • Perform QC support on all design deliverables to ensure correct Title Block information and complete documents packages.
  • Other
    • Provide opportunities for Resident Technology Services and other RealPage services
    • Subject matter education, industry training, and career support
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
  • Minimum 5 years working with AutoCAD
  • College degree preferred
  • Integrity, dedication, work ethic, and a complete understanding of the fiduciary duty to the customer
