Our Senseis are the lifeblood of our Code Ninjas center. This individual oversees the day-to-day coaching and student engagement. Are you experienced in working with children? Responsibilities include:
· Training – go through the curriculum and learn it
· Create a positive and safe environment in which students can grow
· Work with multiple children simultaneously that are all on different curriculum paths and provide customized tutoring dependent on child's learning style
· Provide feedback to parents after working with a student
· Follow opening/closing duties daily
· Clean dojo throughout the day to ensure cleanliness is kept up to standards
· Report weekly to Assistant Center Director on progress
· Report daily to Assistant Center Director with respect to day’s activities and productivity in Dojo

· Must be outgoing, energetic, and an extrovert
· Working history with children ages 7 and up (mentoring, coaching, tutoring etc.)

C2 Education's services are designed to provide support for all students. C2 Tutors not only teach academic skills, but also serve as mentors and coaches, encouraging and guiding students throughout the school year.
Our Tutors are paid a teaching rate of $20.00 - $25.00/hour depending on experience, with paid initial training and ongoing training. C2 Education provides an alternative work schedule M-TH and Sat(Off Friday)evening and weekend hours. There are opportunities to advance into full-time Center and Corporate positions, with great benefits provided to Part-Time employees.
