Job Purpose:
This person will be responsible for ensuring the safety and health of Marvin employees by offering expertise, guidance, and an effective treatment of employees experiencing minor work-related injuries. This person will also be responsible to identify trends, corrective actions, and opportunities to reduce injury risk to employees in a proactive way.
Highlights of your role
+ Respond to job related and personal medical emergencies and provide onsite treatment to sick or injured workers, working closely with onsite emergency services and clinic on initial injury intervention.
+ Communicate and maintain working relationship with associates, medical providers, EHS staff, Worker's Compensation staff, and leadership.
+ Support Marvin Conservative Care initiatives for reduction of workplace injuries.
+ Develop and maintain protocols for emergency and conservative care treatment.
+ Recommend additional off-site medical treatment if necessary.
+ Assist in preparing accident reports.
+ Manage Onsite first responder team.
+ Maintain professionalism, cleanliness, and supplies in employee care areas.

The Water Conservation Specialist - Field Team position is an exciting opportunity to meet our mission of "Promoting the efficient use of Aurora's Water" through direct customer engagement, Water Management Plan Enforcement and education. This position requires a dedicated team member with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a seasonal team. With a direct impact on saving water, this position offers a great mix of in-office and field work throughout the year. The selected applicant will be required to work independently as well as collaboratively with the entire water conservation team to carry out our mission through our over 20 conservation programs offered.
The City of Aurora will conduct ongoing screenings of applications on a first come-first serve basis; As soon as we determine to have a qualified pool of applicants, this position may close quickly and without notice. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Administers the field team/customer service programs
* Researches program alternatives
* Develops standards, expectations and methodologies for indoor water assessments and high bill investigations
* Responds to a variety of water conservation inquiries
* Schedules, coordinates work and supervises the daily activities of Aurora Water Management Plan team activities
* Plans field team budget and coordinates orders of conservation items
* Prepares and makes presentations on a variety of educational and informational programs on water conservation
* Supervises daily tasks of one year-round contingent employee and four seasonal employees
* Utilizes water use data to evaluate potential leaks and provide customer service accordingly

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:
