Starting salary\: $35,360 - $38,480; depending on knowledge and skills
Hours\: 8\:00am - 4\:45pm; onsite training; hybrid post training
Be ready to\:
- apply payments to insurance policies and accounts
- complete transactional requests from multiple billing departments
- learn receivables processes for multiple billing applications
- process and mail refunds
- enter and verify bank account information
- process returned payments
- prepare journal entries and check requests
- process lockbox payment exceptions and accompanying correspondence
- deposit payments using remote deposit capture
- research payments
- answer phone calls
- file documents
- assist with other AR tasks as required
- work overtime as needed

- high school diploma or GED
- banking experience preferred
