Hello Auto Group has an immediate opening for a Sales Associate at our rapidly growing Subaru store in Temecula California.
We're looking for an individual who feels passionate about customer service. Who wants to build long-term relationships with clients. And who believes that the automotive sales experience can and should be fun, transparent and straight forward.
We welcome applicants with prior automotive sales experience, but would also love to talk to you if you're currently a Starbucks Barista, Disney Cast Member, Mobile Phone Sales Associate, or have sales or customer service experience in any other field. We pay a guaranteed hourly base salary plus bonuses. Our sales team members earn between $60,000 and $120,000 per year.

Compensation Elements
Guaranteed base hourly pay above industry standard.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Load and secure product from the Medline Facility into a truck.
Safely operate a Class A vehicle between the Medline Facility and multiple customer destinations on a delivery route. Abide by Medline's safety regulations, including wearing safety equipment where needed, performing safety checks, etc.
Unload and deliver product at our customer facilities, ensuring timely deliveries.
Provide in-person support to the customer - addressing their questions and needs and providing appropriate documentation upon delivery.
Communicate with dispatching team regarding necessary adjustments to delivery route or schedule in order to meet customer needs and maintain safe operations.
Maintain a travel and cargo log in accordance with Federal and State regulations and company policy.
Perform inspection of vehicle to ensure safe operation and sufficient fuel levels for continued vehicle use.
Required Experience:
Minimum 2 years tractor trailer driving experience
Class A CDL; Licensed to operate assigned vehicle.
Ability to meet Federal and State requirements for operation of commercial motor vehicles.

Requirements
Driving Qualifications
All required documents and certifications must be maintained throughout employment.
Must be at least 21 years old.

+ Load, unload, and organize products in a safe and efficient manner.
+ Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the safety and readiness of the delivery vehicle.
+ Maintain an accurate record of deliveries and any issues that may arise.
+ Communicate with customers as necessary, providing updates or addressing any concerns during the delivery process.
+ Provide exceptional customer service, creating a positive and friendly experience for all customers.
+ Partner with field sales team and store personnel to satisfy needs of our customers.
+ Handle all products with care to avoid damage and ensure safe transport.
+ Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe driving practices.
+ Handle returns, exchanges, or customer inquiries as needed.
**Required Qualifications**
_Experience:_ Previous truck delivery experience is a plus but not required. Experience with hand truck, dolly, pallet jack and forklift preferred. Must be 21 years of age or older, have at least 3 years of driving experience and meet MVR check requirements.
_Education:_ High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
_Professional Certifications: DOT Medical Card as required_
**Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities**
+ A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
+ Possess the physical and mental stamina and ability to move throughout the store and outdoor areas quickly and safely.
+ Ability to push and pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with the assistance of proper material handling equipment (e.g. pallet jack, forklift, dolly, etc.).
+ Operate all equipment related to their job duties efficiently, safely, properly, and accurately; and to provide the highest level of customer service
+ Ability to lift and move large, bulky and/or heavy merchandise.
+ Ability to safely load and unload a delivery truck.
+ Ability to use Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Calendar.
+ Excellent time-management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
+ Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude.
+ Ability to utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
+ Ability to read, write, and count accurately to complete all documentation.
+ Ability to navigate using GPS systems and maps.
+ Ability to successfully complete all required training.
+ Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
