Load truck safely to protect products from damage during transport. Ensure accurate loading order of items to meet delivery specifications. * Operations Planning & Communication: Attend pre-delivery meetings to review logistics, timelines, and client expectations, contributing to smooth and successful event execution. Maintain regular communication with the operations team and/or district service representatives to report and/or resolve any issues and ensure efficient operations. * Truck inspections: Complete Pre and post trip truck inspections. Clean, touch up, or perform repairs as needed. Use show site mobile app to ensure and document accurate delivery. * Pick-ups: Inspect furniture for any customer-inflicted damage, load in trucks. Ensure no product is left behind at venues. * Provide onsite customer service: Interact professionally with clients during deliveries and setups, addressing questions or concerns and ensuring a positive experience. * Supervise temporary labor: Instruct temporary associates how and where to deliver, pickup, load, or unload products onsite. Ensure that work is being performed as per the clients' requests and safely. * Perform warehouse duties as needed: Manually load or unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, and docks.
