GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES The Maintenance Associate/Mail Courier is responsible for performing light construction, general maintenance, and custodial duties to ensure that all facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Maintenance Perform routine building maintenance and repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC support.
