This is a part-time remote position that will require the selected candidate to reside in the general Monticello, Illinois area.

This position pays $21.62/ hour at 29 hours per week.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Collect, compile & report accurate and complete data on a timely basis according to program and or grant requirements
Build relationships with court personnel including but not limited to bailiffs, clerks, Assistant State's Attorneys
Monitor designated court procedures involved in hearings, trials, and sentencing within a courtroom setting
Lead Victim Impact Panels at the Champaign County Courthouse 3-4 times per year

Attend at least two community events during each grant cycle
Recruit volunteers from across the state
Conduct volunteer interviews
Process background checks
Start the onboarding/training process
Assign the volunteer to the appropriate Court Monitoring Specialist based on geographic location

REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years professional business experience required. Legal background preferred.
