The successful candidate will provide technical leadership within the AVE Guidance, Navigation, and Controls (GNC) team, focusing on the development of mission critical software products. They will architect complex systems and lead the design, development, testing, and deployment phases, ensuring compatibility through the development and integration of board support packages and driver implementations. Primary Level Salary Range: $162,500.00 - $243,700.00

Essential Job Responsibilities:
Collaborates with radiologist to consider many factors related to breast imaging to ensure unit is operating in clinically safe and effective manner.
Explains procedure to patients, including dressing in a gown before the process.
Adjusts equipment, positions patient, and provides adequate radiation protection. Selects length and intensity for radiation exposure on an individual basis.
Compresses breasts appropriately to get clear images.
Develops radiologic film and examines for technical quality and diagnostic acceptability.

Requirements
Education:
Successful completion of an accredited course in radiologic technology or associate degree in radiologic technology.
Must have a minimum of 28 classroom hours for initial mammographer training as designated by the Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA).
Experience:
Minimum two years of experience in radiology imaging modalities; one year mammography experience preferred in medical practice setting.
Current certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
Current state permit/license as general diagnostic radiographer.

**Job Summary and Qualifications**
As a Radiation Therapist at our facility you will be joining a team that strives to provide the very best patient care and compassionate customer service to every person they interact with. They also support one another and make it their motto to "care like family". In this role:
+ You will participate in the development of optimal treatment strategies using your expertise in the technical aspects of radiation oncology to include simulation and treatment processes.
+ You will assess patients and recognize changes in their status.
+ You will educate patients on radiation side effects and the management of these side effects.
+ You will document treatment parameters and maintain accurate Electronic Medical Records associated with the radiation therapy process.
+ You will evaluate, critique, and recommend changes to the radiation therapy process as necessary.
+ You will participate in patient simulation and fabrication of immobilization devices and treatment accessories on an emergency on-call basis as well as clinical rotations.
+ You will perform simulations on HDR patients as well as assist in catheter measuring, documentation, and hookup and assist nurses with post HDR patient care as needed.
