We are seeking for a driven and self-motivated Data Analytics Specialist / Project Controls professional to support our P&PS Delivery Services Team.
As a key member of our collaborative program delivery support team, you'll will have the chance to work on project teams using your expertise in forecasting, change management, cost management, project budget analysis, project earn value measurement tracking, risk management, proposals, cashflow and reporting tools. You will assist with managing the overall program cost controls and reporting function by providing client management, updates, and presentations at all levels of management.
While working within the project controls group, we will lean on your strong use of SQL and Power BI (as examples), to support the development and refinement of analytics tools to assist our client in the use of predictive analytics.
This position would potentially be fulltime remote / teleworking, however, this role will require 10%- 20% of travel to and from assigned project/program sites, as deemed necessary for a successful delivery of client needs.
•Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction, Engineering, or Computer Science
•4+ years of experience working on large building construction or civil projects in a project controls/data analytics capacity
•Demonstrated expertise in use of Power BI and SQL
•Knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, delivery systems, and components `
Ideally, You'll Also Have:
•Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification or
•Professional Engineer (PE) licensure
•Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or related field
