The Process Data Technician is responsible for maintaining product documentation including Bill of Materials, Drawings, and Product files for both existing and new products. These positions provide technical product information to both internal and external customers and participate in the Commercial Services call center. The Process Data Technician position is expected to manage priorities related to orders pending new product documentation, customer request for assistance, documentation maintenance of existing products, and assigned projects to meet business schedules.
As a Process Data Technician, you will provide support for the quality and completeness of product master data which includes, but is not limited to; data cleansing, maintaining unique reference data, and adherence to business rules and standards.
Essential Responsibilities:
Maintain all documentation of existing products including BOM's and drawings utilizing AutoCAD, Solid Works 3D modeling, Configurator, SAP, and other related systems. Must maintain documentation to be compliant with all engineering standards, quality standards, and maintain UL requirements of the products.
Create BOM's and drawings for all new products (NPI's) in a manner to conform to the catalog number logic requirements and of the catalog number Configurator.
Provide accurate technical information to internal and external customers with product related questions.
Partner with IT support and business teams to resolve master data incidents
Maintain relative product label information.
Participate in data governance and other projects related to and reliant on master data
Provide guidance with product selection to internal and external customers.
Work in conjunction with Technology, Quality, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Pricing, Product Management, Product Information, and Sales to support existing products and new product launches.
Meet deadlines and responsibilities by prioritizing duties that drive revenue.

This position is responsible for assigning products to their proper Counterpoint rooms based on product type, packaging status and testing status, as well as physically placing products into their assigned areas. This position is responsible for entering infused products such as edibles, topicals and concentrates into Counterpoint and METRC in a timely, efficient, accurate and compliant manner. This position is responsible for adjusting and creating packages in METRC and Counterpoint.
This position requires a high attention to detail and a more advanced working knowledge of Google Sheets, Counterpoint & METRC.
