Position is responsible for directing the activities of construction crews and for supervising construction projects on a daily basis. Superintendent II is the party responsible for communicating with owner/customers, project manager, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Assist in resolving safety issues and ensuring jobsites are in OSHA compliance. Responsible for supporting and promoting DSC culture through effective Leadership, Management, and Accountability (LMA). Enforcing company general and safety policies. The Superintendent II is the sixth level of an eight-level construction series.

Responsible for day-to-day management of a construction project; studies specifications and coordinates with project managers to plan procedures for construction on basis of project schedule and staffing requirements for each phase of construction, based on knowledge of available tools, equipment, subcontractor's scope of work and various building methods. Develops three week look ahead schedules.
Supervises day-to-day operations of construction crews to include: recommendations on staffing levels; coordinating crew members and subcontractors; delegating work, ensuring adequate staffing; ensuring that crews have the required materials and equipment, that work conforms to specifications and that construction schedules are adhered to; and, informing the project manager of any scheduling or cost issues.
Works in the field with crew members to make sure that quality work is done in an efficient manner in order to keep the project on schedule and under budget; serves as a hands-on resource for the crew at all times by being available for questions, discussion, and demonstration; maintains a positive enthusiastic attitude to motivate crew to increase productivity.
Inspecting project to ensure proper layout of building including survey and double check all subs for correct layout (under floor plumbing, wall layouts, etc.).
Supervises employees including: making hiring and termination recommendations; evaluating and documenting employee performance; approving schedules and time-off; training staff on unfamiliar tasks and safety issues as needed; enforcing company, state and federal policies; conferring with Human Resources Manager to resolve complaints within work force.
Performs inspections of construction projects to ensure compliance with regulations and standards including OSHA in accordance with plans and specifications; and ensures that required records and postings are maintained.
Identify conflicts with plans and specifications; Confers with the Architects, Engineers, subcontractors, and customers engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction to resolve construction problems and prevent delays.
Assists the project manager in resolving issues with customers, subcontractors, and vendors by investigating and responding to concerns and complaints. Reviews shop drawings/RFI's.
Purchases materials and tools to be delivered at specified times to conform to work schedules and under the direction of the project manager; maintains adequate (not excessive) inventories; and evaluates new materials and products.
Tracks expenses by project for submission to the project manager; fills out job logs on a daily basis to record subcontractor activity as well as general contractor activity; and brings any timing, cost or staffing issues to the attention of the project manager.
Schedule and conduct regularly scheduled meetings with crews to convey company and/or safety information including safety awareness and training. Responsible for on-site safety including but not limited to proper equipment usage, ensuring that personal protective equipment is being worn and maintaining a clean and safe work site
Attend progress meetings with project manager and owner/customer.
On site tools and equipment are maintained daily and coordinates with shop for repair when necessary. On site tools and equipment are properly secured to prevent against theft and vandalism. Makes recommendations on capital equipment purchases and projects.
Responsible for being on site and available during working hours of crew members and subcontractors. Hours of work vary as needed.
Performs construction tasks as a crew member when not assigned to a project as Job Superintendent; working hours to be set by superintendent of that particular job site.
Performs additional duties as assigned to support project and organizational success.

The Production Assistant role will provide general labor that is necessary to support the cement manufacturing process. This role is a utility role that combines duties assigned to the former Production Utility, Kiln Assistant and Equipment Attendance classifications. The Production Assistant does not perform the duties assigned to the Control Room Operator and M&E repair classifications. This role is expected to uphold all safety, environmental and workplace standards. This position supports a good standing in the community, sustainable operations, and adheres to and upholds all company policies, safety standards and federal / state regulations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Performs all tasks in a safe and professional manner in conformance with company policies and quality standards.
Inspects mobile equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation and operates mobile equipment as needed.
Uses basic hand tools such as shovels, brooms, squeegees, scrapers, etc as well as operate mechanic's hand tools.
Performs general utility work including pushing up piles of rock and coal with front end loader and other equipment, unplugging belts, and general labor work as directed.
Provides operational oversight for all plant equipment from the rock storage building through the finish mill operations.
Provides process operations support including changes, sets up and adjusts equipment as required by current operating procedures.
Cleans the pre-heater tower riser and associated ductwork during the shift.
Troubleshoots process problems associated with field operations and equipment and may adjust equipment as directed or as dictated by circumstance.
Advises when immediate shutdown of equipment is necessary to minimize damage or when temporarily continued operation will have no harmful effect.
Responds to all incoming communications via phone, radio, and other verbal inputs. Keep logs and daily reports current and accurate.
Keeps the Lab informed of changes affecting product quality.
Keeps abreast of all changes that are made in the control systems while keeping the control room involved and informed of changes.
Must maintain a full understanding of proper operations of all plant equipment and optimize the performance of it on an ongoing basis.
Responds to all alarms and assures that they are taken care of appropriately.
Fills out daily checklist for operations of all plant equipment and for environmental compliance on all operating equipment.
Responsible for assisting in controlling and reducing emissions from the process.
Attends and participates in department and team meetings and training classes and may be utilized to train other employees.
Keeps the work area clean and orderly.
Must remain on the job until properly relieved; must have a proper shift change in that the incoming Production Assistant is informed of existing situations and changes that are occurring or expected.
Responds to reasonable emergency call outs on an as needed basis.
Other duties may be required and will be assigned as necessary.
Ability, Skills & Knowledge
Ability to perform mathematical functions for determining silo volumes, material flow rates, etc.
Computer literacy.

Proficient in the English language.
Ability to physically work both indoor and outdoor in various weather conditions with or without accommodations.
Ability to work 12 hour rotating shifts (days, nights, weekends) to support a 24/7 operation.

Must have a high level of integrity and commitment to comply with all applicable federal / state / industry compliance, record keeping, regulations and standards.
Due to the nature of this position, it is essential that the teammate be available to report to the designated work site / office and be ready to begin work when scheduled,

Our Maintenance & Reliability Manager plays a vital role within the company and will contribute to the overall success and improved operations within Continental Cement. The ideal candidate will have mechanical and technical aptitude, analyzing trends and monitoring equipment conditions to ascertain the appropriate maintenance interventions, both preventative and reactive. Supporting the reliability of mechanical, electrical, and mobile equipment, this role will increase reliability, performance, and life expectancy, at the lowest overall cost, while working to support and maintain production functions. This is accomplished using inspection, planning, and scheduling practices while taking into consideration the production requirements of the plant.
Role & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Monitor equipment conditions through preventative maintenance and non-systematic inspections required by equipment stoppages, daily incidents, and pending turnarounds.
Works closely with quarry, production, and shipping to specify weekly downtime requirements and define interaction required between the different operation groups.
Coordinates the planning and scheduling of all major turnarounds of all equipment throughout the year and assists in the development of the yearly department budget, management, and follow up once approved.
Record and analyze data, initiating appropriate work orders when warranted.
Initiate the work directly performed by the execution group.
Formally schedule and communicate preventative maintenance activities based on priority.
Perform regular equipment inspections using Advanced Detection Techniques (Vibration Analysis, Oil Analysis, NDT, Ultra Sonic, and Thermal Imaging).
Maintains the mechanical backlog ensuring work orders are up to date and kept live as required providing information as to the status and schedule requires of the same.
Initiates, authorizes, and schedules routine contract work and is responsible for ensuring administrative functions for appropriate cost control are in place, such as providing the scope of work to the vendor and approving purchase order requisitions and maintaining a cost control spread sheet for budget control purposes.
Perform follow-up inspections post repair and/or new installations of equipment.
Along with the Planner, the requirement for inspection of off-site rebuilds may be required.
Provide technical expertise in specific areas of the cement plant, communicating effectively to various levels.
Interact directly and regularly with production personnel regarding operating procedures that have impact on equipment.
Ensures entering of new equipment numbers and ensures the updating of equipment parts catalog.
Participate in the budgeting process, providing advice in planning and scheduling of major of more costly maintenance activities.
Remain current in concerns to advances in reliability technology and equipment through participation in the Continental network and maintaining relationships with other practitioners and suppliers.
Utilize ‘Maximo' to manage activities and the generate maintenance KPI's which measure the effectiveness of the maintenance roles. Publishes the maintenance KPI's on a monthly basis, analyzes them and suggests ways to improve performance.
Remain active and knowledgeable in current safety regulations and guidelines, promoting overall plant safety.

The Tepa Companies are seeking a Welding Apprentice who will Perform welding tasks under supervision on piping and plate within petroleum operations facilities. In addition to welding, the successful candidate must be able to assist in tasks related to welding such as fit‐up, preparation, repair, inspection, and post weld preparation. This role is intended for May 2026 college graduates who majored in an applicable field. Job Title: Seasonal Helper Role & Responsibilities: is temporary and not eligible for company benefit programs. * Adhere to all safety/housekeeping requirements within a manufacturing setting. * Performance of various manual labor tasks in factory environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:
* Able to work in a manufacturing setting in a safe manner and follow all plant safety and housekeeping rules.
* Ability to learn to operate plant equipment.
* Ability to interpret verbal and written work instructions.
* Ability to apply basic computer skills required for data entry and reporting.
* Possess basic maintenance skills, including familiarity with common hand tools and how to properly use them (Hammer, wrench, screwdrivers, pliers, putty knife, etc.).
* Effective teamwork and communication skills needed with all co-workers.
* Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
* Ability to meet essential physical requirements of the position.

**Job Description**
Join Olsson's Data Center Design team as an **Assistant Fire Protection Engineer** , where you'll support on complex, mission-critical projects, including hyperscale data centers and secure facilities. This role works within a multidisciplinary team known for delivering innovative, high-performance building systems.
You'll help provide technical knowledge on fire protection strategies that safeguard infrastructure, protect assets, and meet the most rigorous code and client requirements. You'll collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and security professionals across sectors such as data centers, healthcare, higher education, commercial, industrial and federal facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
+ **Assist in System Design:** Provide support in designing fire protection systems under the supervision of senior engineers, gaining hands-on experience with practical engineering solutions.
+ **Collaborate on Projects:** Work closely with project teams to contribute to tasks and learn about project coordination and interdisciplinary collaboration.
+ **Support Regulatory Compliance:** Help review designs and documentation to ensure compliance with fire safety codes and standards, building a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
+ **Engage in Technical Development:** Participate in training and professional development activities to expand your knowledge of fire protection engineering principles and practices.
+ **Prepare Documentation and Analysis:** Assist in creating technical reports, drawings, and analyses, developing skills in technical writing and data interpretation.

The Carpenter performs and coordinates the cutting, shaping and installation of building materials during the construction, remodeling or repair in a residential and light commercial setting. You must have experience as a residential carpenter, and you must have a positive attitude.
Constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures of various types of wood, plywood and wallboard.
Ability to determine and clearly identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing projects.
Evaluate customer requests, price projects, troubleshoot customer issues, and present a description of a work order to a customer.
Requirements
Must have current Driver's License and submit to a background check
Must have tools, vehicle and good references
Must have experience in the remodeling or home repair trades

Start-Up & Ongoing Responsibilities
Reporting into the Quality Department, the Metrologist is responsible for performing dimensional layouts on internally manufactured and externally supplied parts and assemblies. As part of the plant start up, this role will also support new equipment and process capability studies, programing and operating CMM's, as well as setting up lab systems such as calibration of tools and equipment.
The successful individual will also participate in continuous product and process improvements to exceed the expectations of those we service by providing high quality, innovative, value added, luxury appliance products and services.
Quality System Responsibilities:
Proficiently uses CMM's, calipers, micrometers, pin gages, height gages, optical comparators, and other traditional measurement tools and equipment.
Performs calibration on manufacturing and metrology tools and equipment
Performs process capability studies.
Creates and maintains CMM programs in lab and production environments.
Works with business unit teams, engineering groups, and project teams to qualify internally manufactured products.
Review and update the quality system requirements for new or revised products, including review and measurement of key control characteristics (KCC) identification and documentation.
Work closely with engineering to support Factory Acceptance Testing, and trial builds of product throughout the system, gathering feedback for evaluation and analysis.
