**Job Description** :

Oversees legal matters pertaining to general corporate and a division. Interprets laws, rulings and regulations for the corporation. Examines legal data to determine advisability of defending or prosecuting lawsuit. Represents corporation in litigation and other legal proceedings. Advises corporation concerning transactions of business involving internal affairs, stockholders, directors, officers and corporate relations with general public. Coordinates the efforts of outside counsel retained by the company. Serves as liaison to the corporate legal group.

Qualifications:
