The YoungStar Deputy Director of Program Support is responsible for all quality improvement services for a diverse set of early care and education and school-age care providers, including but not limited to in-person and online individual and group quality coaching; help desk; training; and peer to peer learning opportunities. With a commitment to equity principles, this position leads a small management team, informs the collection of data pertinent to the strategic direction of the quality supports, and learns from multiple data sources to improve upon technical assistance. The Deputy Director will directly supervise several staff members, including three Coaching Managers and a Help Desk Manager. The Deputy Director of Program Support collaborates with and directs the work of relevant partners and subcontractors. Additionally, they will serve as a member of both the YoungStar and Shine Public System Leadership Teams.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Serves as a member of the leadership team, which includes supporting the Project Director in meeting all goals through continuous improvement and refinement.
• Leads and directs cross-functional team collaborations and develops the coaching strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
• Manages budget for all coaching services.
• Creates and maintains consistent standards and quality assurance processes for all coaching services.
• Utilizes data from programs, advisory committees, the state of Wisconsin, partners, and new research in the field to strategically prioritize coaching experiences.
• Collaborates with and leads programmatic subcontractors.
• Ensures all coaching related project performance goals meet or exceed contract requirements.
• Participates in assigned meetings, events and training as required.
• Collaborates with leaders and colleagues across Shine to advance coaching and quality improvement services.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Development or related field, Master's degree preferred
2. 5 years' experience in a related field, early childhood education, or childcare-specific experience, specifically in the state of Wisconsin preferred
3. Experience delivering professional and program development in a variety of forms
4. Specialized training around implicit bias, anti-bias ECE programming, equity, inclusion, or related area
5. Must have specialized training in Practice Based Coaching
6. Experience teaching or coaching in an ECE classroom/program setting
7. Recognized as a Master Trainer and/or Approved Consultant through the Wisconsin Registry's Professional Development Approval System (PDAS)
8. Background checks are required for this position
9. Travel required locally or long-distance up to 10% of the time for work-related meetings and functions; may increase based on project need.
10. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

The Military Engines Program Quality organization has an opportunity for you to join the Program Quality Management team as a F135 Sustainment Program Quality Deputy.

In this role, you will support all quality related sustainment program activities to drive the quality performance for our fleet. You will work closely with our sustainment, customer support, fleet management, aftermarket quality and government customers teams to drive quality improvements across our program.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Participate in the Component Aftermarket Integration Product Team(CAIPT), collaborating across the Quality Organization for issue resolution and consultation

+ Provide Aftermarket/Sustainment Quality support during implementation and execution of the Integrated Product Deployment(IPD) requirements, including the tracking and reporting of program quality metrics tied to data quality, product quality deficiency reports(PQDR), as well as internal and external escapes.

+ Participate in field escapes management process for critical program quality issues ensuring correct departments/disciplines, including Program critical suppliers as applicable, are engaged in root cause determination, suspect population identification and development of appropriate field action including proper communication within the ISMT\IPMT and external government customers for field concerns

+ Advocate on behalf of the customer, support closure of high impact issues and product escapes, and systemic quality improvement

+ Work closely with aftermarket support teams & CAIPT to ensure robust quality standard work is established and maintained to ensure quality requirements execution and adherence to our P&W Management System.

+ Support the communication of lessons learned, near misses, and quality issues across the MRO&U enterprise. This includes sites around the globe to include but not limited to Australia, Norway, Netherlands, Japan, multiple US sites as well as future sites

+ Drive program quality requirements alignment between OEM and aftermarket strategy

+ Support our customer compliant Q1 QN investigations to ensure robust tracking, corrective action reporting and program quality metrics are appropriately managed

+ Support required internal and external customer program/sustainment aftermarket reviews

+ Travel may be up to 10%

Basic Qualifications:

**Overview**

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a **Deputy Program Director** at **Fort Huachuca, AZ** in support of a large, mission-critical IT services and support program with continuous (24x7) operations. The Deputy Program Director (DPD) reports to the Program Director (PD) who is responsible for all program management, technical requirements, performance quality, and overall customer satisfaction associated with the RCC-C contract. The DPD serves as back-up to the PD concerning of all phases of daily contract performance.

**Responsibilities**

+ Serve as backup to the PD as the Government's principal point of contact for all technical, operational and process teams supporting the program mission.

+ Oversee the technical operations of the contract and be responsible for activities related to Cybersecurity, Service Management, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control.

+ Be responsible for the cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance of the program.

+ Leads all cybersecurity compliance activities and collaborates with Sustainment Division Chief for program-wide compliance.

+ Support all planning, coordinating, and organizing the activities of administrative, program control, and technical personnel involved in providing services in fulfillment of the RCC-C contract.

+ Possess a thorough knowledge and experience in the complete lifecycle of RCC-C IT systems, as well as NETCOM policies and TTPs.

+ Demonstrate knowledge and experience in Department of Defense (DOD) / Army plans, policies, standards, and methods aimed at the acquisition and support of RCC-C IT systems.

+ Be responsible for orchestrating RCC-C schedules to provide on time, within budget, performance of all aspects of the contractual effort.

+ Support PD direction for RCC-C performance while ensuring compliance with all management policies, plans, and procedures.

+ Actively collaborate with both Government and contractors to provide recommendations for resolution of technical problems.

+ Maintain security clearance in good standing.

+ Actively collaborate with GTMs, Branch Chiefs, Division Chiefs and RCC-C Leadership, as well as NECs, Brigades, LE/CI, and organizations external to the RCC-C.

+ Leads cyber security compliance program based on DFAR, NIST SP 800-171, and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Program.

+ Acts as chair of the change advisory board and is the adjudicative voice for changes that impact multiple technical workstreams.

+ Charters cross division projects to facility continuous process improvements. The DPD is responsible for coordination with Division Managers and Government Division Chiefs regarding technical operations.

+ Provides technical direction to Division Managers.

**Qualifications**

+ Active in scope Top Secret (TS) with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance

+ Bachelor's degree in Network Management, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, National Security Strategy, or a related field AND eight (8) years' experience

+ Experience substitution in lieu of education: Associate degree + 10 years' experience OR High School Diploma + 12 years' experience.

+ IAM Level III Certification (CCISO, CISM, CISSP (or Associate), or GSLC) or higher is required

+ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

+ ITIL Foundation certification

+ Knowledgeable in the mission and operational requirements of the U.S. Army

+ Demonstrated understanding of U.S. Army IT operational and technical requirements and Risk Management Framework (RMF)

+ Must be willing to work overtime, after hours, holidays, and weekends, as necessary
