Die cast technician example responsibilities.

• Manage utilization of LOTO procedures, GMP standards and OSHA safety standards.
• Utilize machine shop tools and measuring devices including, micrometers, calipers and height gauge.
• Compose written reports of data collect from patient evaluation and present to department chief for thorough analysis of patient diagnosis.
• Operate hoist, winch, or over head crane to lift specify die sections into and out of die casting machines.
• Preheat die sections with torch, change shoot rod, fix hose if needed.Operate ladle and lock out, tag out.

• Install, repair and troubleshoot electrical wiring, including switches, outlets, lights, ballast.
