• An education background in marketing, advertising, communications, or English
• Experience with social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, and a solid understanding of social media marketing
• Working knowledge of HTML, HTML 5, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints a plus but not necessary
• Familiarity with SEO tactics and initiatives a plus
• Familiarity with conducting a/b tests

12% Night Differential

Minimum hourly rate is $19.00 per hour, based off of experience.

The Night Shift Digital Operator (6pm - 4am Monday - Thursday) is responsible for the efficient operation of a digital press and related finishing equipment.

Responsibilities include:

Ripping files produced from data files using digital print equipment.

Set up and running in line Saddle Stitcher and Perfect Binder.

Reviewing all proofs and final product samples produced on digital equipment before releasing to internal or external customers.

Make adjustments to and maintain print quality throughout the print run.

Conduct regular and special maintenance on equipment to achieve maximum machine performance based on equipment specifications and acquired knowledge of machine operations. Record maintenance and service calls in maintenance log book as require

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Set up, operate and maintain digital ink jet 4-color press.

Set up, operate and maintain saddle stitcher and perfect binder.

Perform operator maintenance and work with phone support to trouble shoot issues.

Maintain clean work area.

Monitor supply levels and assist with consumable orders.

Working knowledge, awareness, and compliance with ISO Procedures

May require additional availability to work evenings and/or weekends.

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Ability to review color and make adjustments as needed.

Reads and interrupts work orders and production schedules.

Consistently demonstrate the ability to work with manufacturing management to achieve company goals including customer satisfaction and company profitability.

Demonstrate proficiency in the use of the Hagen data collection system and display consistency and accuracy in meeting data collection requirements specified in the quality documentation and by management.

Demonstrate willingness to accept direction from supervisors, management and peers to improve quality and performance.

Demonstration willingness to work together with peers and other departments to improve quality and performance.

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Follow all safety policies and procedures, including but not limited to proper use of PPEs, safe ergonomic practices, and proper and safe handling of chemicals.

• Maintain working knowledge, awareness, and compliance with ISO Procedures.

• May require additional availability to work evenings and/or weekends.

• Other duties as assigned, including working where directed, be it on varying presses or in other departments.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent vision, including the ability to perceive color

Ability to operate jacks safely

Ability to remain physically and mentally alert during second shift hours (6pm – 6am)

Dexterity

Capable of repeated standing, walking, sitting, bending, and lifting of boxes up to 50lbs for 8-12 hours at a time

Ability to work at a rapid pace

Ability to tolerate being exposed to loud noises and moving machinery (PPE provided)

The L1 Operator will be responsible for ensuring timely and reliable delivery of NBCU live, linear, and VOD content to the NBC OTT Platforms. The L1 Operator will provide real time monitoring and support for the delivery of NBCU content. Monitoring takes place through a combination of “eyes on glass” and a host of data aggregation tools within the Digital Network Operations Center (DNOC).

Essential Functions (Responsibilities):

Monitor the end-to-end distribution of Company digital video assets on NBC OTT Platforms

Perform L1 monitoring and support of digital video workflows including escalating to L2, resolution and reporting out

Digital encoder set up of event-based streaming across the NBC Portfolio including NBA, Olympic Sports, NASCAR, IndyCar, and more

Manually insert SCTE triggers into event-based livestreams

Clearly communicate with production teams to ensure broadcast standard execution of livestreams

Physical checks on endpoint devices and platforms to ensure assets are available as expected

Partner with engineering to monitor traditional and digital signal transmission

Develop expertise of distribution workflows and communicate support cases across departments to help firm-up operations

Create and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external distribution partners

Scope of work includes VOD, Linear, and Live workflows
