THE ROLE

The Director of Sales and Marketing Operations is a highly visible position and critical role for scaling the B2B business of doxo. This role will be responsible for driving a broad range of growth initiatives from strategic projects related to sales and revenue planning to tactical projects in support of executing Salesforce and Pardot campaigns. Strong forecasting, analysis, and reporting skills are required to ensure that stakeholders across doxo have the visibility and insights necessary to effectively grow the B2B business. The ability to understand doxo's business end-to-end from marketing through sales to customer success and the ability to dive deep into each function will be important for managing and developing this fast growing business.

Responsibilities:

* Driving the weekly sales pipeline and forecasting process
* Developing reports and analyses required to effectively manage the business
* Partnering with other teams on Salesforce configuration and reporting needs
* Managing sales agreements/contracts submission and approval process
* Sales commission processing and reporting
* Driving weekly customer success and customer health reporting
* Leading cross-team collaboration for monthly and quarterly business reviews

Primary Objective:

Oversees the marketing and sales service's function. Through subordinate managers, develops and implements global programs, processes, and tools in support of Selling and Marketing business needs.

Major Areas of Accountability:

1. Partners with Sales Management to develop and support internal tools and processes to accurately capture customer expectations throughout the pursuit cycle.

2. Develops and implements reporting management systems to enable analysis of all aspects of Selling's performance and support operational requirements

3. In partnership with HR and Sales Management develops, establishes targets, and executes annual sales incentive systems globally.

4. Establishes policies, procedures, and systems to support the strategic direction of the sales function. Monitors performance of support services and makes improvements and/or enhancements to increase overall effectiveness

5. Establishes processes and methods to ensure global adoption and consistency of practices in all sales phases of order management.

6. Interfaces with Sales Management to understand sales meeting objectives and oversees the planning, content, and execution of sales meetings. - support

7. Interfaces with Sales Management to understand training requirements and oversees the planning and creation of training programs to enhance the effectiveness of the Selling organization.

8. Research best practices and initiates benchmarking, where appropriate, to understand and recommend enabling systems.

9. Establishes annual operating budget and manages against that budget.

10. Responsible for the on-going management and development of assigned employees. Determines staffing and skill requirements to meet departmental needs and implements plans to satisfy those requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience).

Experience:

10 years of sales/marketing/service experience

5 years management experience

Travel Requirements:

Expected travel averaging 10-20%, domestic and international.

Must possess a valid driver's license and able to obtain automobile/liability coverage

Position Overview

The RevOps Administrator is a new role in our RevOps Group.
