This position will be responsible for supporting trading and scheduling functions in Diversified Energy's Appalachian region.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Track and interpret maintenance and other operational issues to reliably get natural gas to optimal markets
* Ensure volumes and positions in the internal trade capture system balance and reconcile to actual activity as reported on pipelines
* Assist in reconciling variances between actual transactions and marketer invoices
* Manage nominations to minimize volume reductions and maintain desired imbalances
* Monitor wholesale markets and capacity opportunities to maximize revenue by optimizing physical and transportation assets
* Work on projects that contribute to the achievement of the Company's strategic objectives
* Provide on-call support for weekend coverage
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Senior Project Manager - Electronic Security

How You'll Contribute: As a Senior Project Manager in Electronic Security Systems (ESS), you oversee all aspects of project execution-including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction-across the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure. You are accountable for the successful delivery of large-scale, complex ESS projects, requiring effective delegation, diligent follow-through, and assurance of key deliverables. The Sr PM is responsible for overseeing and performing project management functions with respect to cost, quality and schedule. The Sr PM will act as the person responsible on their assigned projects and have direct control over all project management activities. Leads the delivery of physical security systems by managing implementation, coordinating teams, and ensuring compliance with specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Demonstrates expertise in the delivery and integration of physical security technologies, including closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems, electronic access control systems, intrusion detection alarms, and perimeter security solutions.
Must possess a strong understanding of general construction sequencing and its impact on project scheduling, risk mitigation, and potential delays. Responsible for identifying, qualifying, and quantifying construction-related risks, and communicating those risks clearly and effectively to the stakeholders in written form to support proactive planning and resolution.
Collaborates in design reviews to support accurate and comprehensive field documentation across project teams.
Demonstrated proficiency in developing schedules, establishing project baselines, and identifying, qualifying, and quantifying deviations, with clear communication of impacts to the client.
Responsible for coordinating field verification of prospective work sites, ensuring compliance with quality control requirements, confirming readiness, and documenting site conditions.

Requires proven experience in coordinating all critical activities involved in the successful commissioning of security systems, including planning, execution, testing, and documentation. The candidate must ensure systems are fully operational, meet design specifications, and are ready for client handover.
Works closely with the site supervisor, general contractor, and end user to develop and manage a comprehensive punch list of outstanding tasks following substantial completion. Ensures timely resolution of remaining items to support project closeout and client satisfaction.
Facilitates project turnover and training sessions with clients, and service team.

Senior ESS Installation Technician - Richmond

How You'll Contribute: The Senior ESS (Electronic Security) Installation Technician is responsible for performing a wide variety of installation duties on technology projects for our clients. This position is the key field position for the bulk of the actual work that gets done in our clients' buildings. The install tech needs to coordinate with project management, field superintendents and others to fully understand their role on specific projects. They interpret our drawing packages to create the basis of the finished systems. The installation can include rack and enclosure build outs, panel terminations, device installation, testing and troubleshooting. The Senior Tech will be responsible for our most complex system designs, will mentor other technicians and set an example in all aspects of the job.
What You'll Do:
You will be expected to know and learn what is on the BOM for every job and know the material required for your job.
Maintain timeline of job schedule with regards to when devices/head end work needs to be installed and terminated.
If you are not able to maintain a given timeline, it is expected for you to communicate that with the site supervisor ASAP.
Take ownership of job schedules for workload given to you.
Prioritize your time properly and be able to manage multiple tasks at any given time.
Maintain constant communication with the Site Supervisor on a daily basis.
Point out any/all problems found on drawings/matrix to Site Supervisor ASAP.
Communicate with Site Supervisor ASAP if equipment is missing/defective. Getting replacement inventory may be delayed due to lead times, hence it is very important to notify to appropriate party ASAP.
Help Site Supervisor with inventory if and when needed (maintain an online copy on one note)

Complexity: This level of technician will be responsible for performing tasks on clients' job sites with no supervision. This position is responsible for coordination with clients, contractors and subcontractors. This position will be the key and only senior field supervisor in many situations and will be responsible for delegating work, monitoring others work and communicating with key stakeholders on behalf of the PM. This position requires the highest level of technical and people skills.
Decision Making Authority: This position is often alone on the job sites and requires good judgement about decisions that need to be made. In general, the project manager and a site supervisor are available to answer questions. This position is independent and will need to make onsite decisions on behalf of the PM. This position requires good diplomacy in working with our clients and other key stakeholders on the job sites.
