• Most work tasks are performed indoors. Temperature is moderate and controlled by facility environmental systems.
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length.
• Must be able to exert well-paced ability to reach other departments of the restaurant on a timely basis.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks.
• Must be able to exert well-paced ability in limited space and to reach other locations of the property on a timely basis.
• Must be able to exert well-paced ability in limited space.
• Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
• Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors and other employees.
• Vision occurs continuously with the most common visual functions being those of near vision and depth perception.
• Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

Education: High school or equivalent education preferred.

Experience Required: No prior experience necessary.

Licenses or Certificates : Ability to obtain and/or maintain any government required licenses, certificates or permits.

Grooming: All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Company standards.

In years past, The Rep typically produced nine shows each season in two venues – the Mainstage and Studio Theaters at the Loretto-Hilton Center. Job Responsibilities
- greet patrons at theatre doorways
- confirm each patron’s vaccination certification for entrance to building
- confirm each patron’s mask meets health & safety policy
- provide refund/exchange information to theatre patrons who cannot be admitted due to lack of vaccination proof

Shifts available Tuesday – Sunday evenings, plus Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday afternoons. Shifts are 2 hours long, and the performance schedule varies from week to week. Not all times listed below will be scheduled each week, and there will be some weeks in which no shows are scheduled (please see www.repstl.org for our current season schedule). We are seeking applicants that are able to commit to a more consistent schedule throughout the season. Please note you may be scheduled to work based on the availability you provide on this form.

Wednesday 12:30 to 2:30pm; 5:30 to 7:30pm
Thursday 6:30 to 8:30pm
Friday 6:30 to 8:30pm
Saturday 12:30 to 2:30pm; 2:30 to 4:30pm; 6:30 to 8:30pm
Sunday 12:30 to 2:30pm; 5:30 to 7:30pm
*Door Attendants are REQUIRED to attend a training session 30-minutes prior to their first scheduled shift.
Pay Rate: $ 13.00 / hour

The Rep is requiring every Door Attendant to have received full COVID vaccination by their first shift (or can provide medical or religious exemption). All persons are required to wear a COVID-safe mask for the entire duration of their shift.
