operate a drill rig for site specific projects to meet job specifications and customer requirements. This position must maintain a valid driver’s license and a CDL driver’s rating.

What You'll Do:
· Notify construction manager of unanticipated field changes and suggest possible alternatives
· Restore jobsite to conditions found prior to beginning work and follow all company policies, regulatory safety regulations, and code requirements
· Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment safely at all times; report vehicle and equipment maintenance requirements to the Construction Manager
· Repair damaged equipment as directed by the construction manager
· Document and record IFTA mileage reports for monthly tax payments by the company
· Maintain continuous and profitable working relationships with customers
· Participate in weekly toolbox safety meetings and attend company-sponsored safety training seminars/educational programs
· Document equipment safety inspection audits and report deficiencies in safety practices/equipment to the construction foreman
What We Need from You:
· Achieve at least 1 year of verifiable experience as a drill rig operator
· Vertical mud or air drilling experience is strongly preferred
· Must have Class A CDL with endorsements
· Significant overnight travel, as much as 95% of the time during the week, as well as over the weekends as needed
· Ability to stand and walk throughout the day, bend, stoop, push, pull, reach, twist, climb, shoveling, and lift up to 50 pounds; frequent driving is also required
· Effectively communicate with both customers and fellow employees; adjust to work-related demands without becoming frustrated; demonstrate willingness for continuous self-improvement; persist at difficult tasks despite unexpected obstacles
· Seek increased opportunities for responsibility to achieve personal growth and demonstrate conscientiousness and dependability to produce results
