Pros of working at Dropoff

The people and I was always able to get a hold of someone quickly when needed. Everyone is happy and willing to help and talk you through issues. They offer a great referral bonus and are an up and coming company trying to squeeze out fedex and maybe Amazon!

Cons of working at Dropoff

Not feeling included in the future of the company. Was more of a trickle down effect and sometimes I would hear two different things from people and wasnt sure what the right approach always was without outing my direct manager.
