This position is a hands-on, shop floor focused approach to process management. This position focuses on managing KPI's, root-cause analysis, continuous improvement, and engineering solutions through the support of maintenance, reliability, quality, and process departments. This position has wide latitude to be in the mill and on the floor to discover, explore, run trials, and propose and implement solutions to machine related issues that limit efficient operation. This position is intended to spend most of their time improving the process and how equipment is working to reduce waste and scrap, improve throughput, reduce cycle times, and reduce human errors. These responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Safety
Leadership in support of Zero Lost Time/Zero Recordable Incidents in the mill
Accountable to promptly identify and addressing unsafe conditions or behaviors
Coordinate the collection and updating of SSOP, LO/TO procedures, and safe work practices associated with the area and cataloging of them in the appropriate system

Support Management of Change throughout the mill. Collaborate with peers to develop KPIs around MOC implementation and effectiveness.
Key role in orientation and training of new hires.

Facilitate production related Root Cause Analysis (RCAs) meetings for significant down time and efficiency loss events
Key participant in maintenance related Root Cause Analysis (RCAs) meetings for significant down time and efficiency loss events
Point of contact for capital projects in the mill in your area.
Work closely with and team with the General Manager, Production Manager, Reliability Manager, Maintenance Manager and Technical Manager.
Coordinates line trials or other process related trials in conjunction with QC and Technical teams.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor's degree is preferred in Industrial Technology, Wood Science, or Engineering. An equivalent combination of education and experience is also acceptable.

Glacial Ridge NWR was established in 2004 to restore and preserve the character of the historic tallgrass prairie landscape. It is located in Polk County in northwestern Minnesota, within the Lake Agassiz Beach Ridges Landscape and provides vital habitat for breeding grassland birds and a wide variety of other wildlife. The Refuge started with an initial transfer of 1,993 acres of land from The Nature Conservancy to the USFWS. To date, more than 23,000 acres have been acquired by the USFWS. Glacial Ridge is the largest contiguous prairie and wetland restoration project in U.S. history. Glacial Ridge NWR is administered out of the same office as Rydell NWR (2,039 acres), which was established in 1992 to protect wildlife habitat and diversity for migratory birds, and to promote environmental education. With more than six miles of paved public trails, Rydell is one of the most accessible refuges in the National Wildlife Refuge System.
Erskine, MN is a small town of roughly 500 people, which boasts the world's largest northern pike! The rural setting provides tremendous opportunity for quality hunting, fishing, camping, and other outdoor recreation. The nearest "cities", Crookston (7,800) and Thief River Falls (8,500), are both located roughly 30 minutes away. Position Overview: The mission of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) is working with others to conserve, protect, and enhance fish, wildlife, plants, and their habitats for the continuing benefit of the American people. This position will help FWS realize the mission at Rydell and Glacial Ridge National Wildlife Refuges. The selected individual will work alongside FWS staff on several projects centered around monarch and pollinator conservation. Primary duties during the winter months will consist of the entry and management of native seeding records and the management of a geographic information system for multiple FWS stations. During field season, duties will center around monarch and pollinator surveys working alongside collaborators. Members will be required to utilize mobile mapping solutions and off-road vehicles to access remote refuge tracts during the field season months. Other biological responsibilities will include migratory bird surveys and potentially other periodic wildlife monitoring activities. In addition to the aforementioned biological work, the intern will be given exposure to habitat management, public use/visitor services, and other refuge activities.
This individual placement is meant to facilitate professional development and promotes exposure to land management agencies and networking with professionals. This could include gaining experience in different conservation fields and shadowing different work groups.
Schedule: Duties will primarily be carried out Monday - Friday. Bi-weekly totals should not exceed 80 hours. A flexible work schedule may be required, which could involve work performed outside of normal work hours including on weekends and/or holidays. Job Summary
Develop, coordinate and implement the delivery of developmentally appropriate play activities, expressive arts, and special events for pediatric patients and their families within the health care setting, both at the bedside and in playroom settings. Serves as the child's advocate when collaborating with the healthcare team to determine suitable therapeutic interventions. Utilizes expert knowledge of child development, family systems theories, and the developmental effects of stress and trauma on children to establish appropriate interventions to alleviate distress. Promotes family-centered care and facilitates the strengthening of positive coping and resiliency skills within the healthcare setting. Provides ongoing assessment of interventions used. Provides oversight and direction for utilization of volunteers in Child Life department. Possesses expert knowledge of medical diagnosis and procedures. Understands special needs of children with chronic or disabling conditions, with expertise in the use of play activities in a health care environment and in-depth knowledge of research regarding children in health care settings.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Child Life, Child Development, Human Development, or related field required. Completion of Child Life internship required.
Minimum two years experience working with various age groups of children is preferred. Experience working with pediatric population in a therapeutic setting desired.
Certification as a Child Life Specialist (CCLS) is required or must be obtained within one year of hire. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within six months of hire.

We're hiring a Teller to work at the Clearbrook, Minnesota Border Bank!
Tellers create an exceptional customer experience from start to finish by helping customers make the most of their accounts by answering questions, proactively offering solutions, assisting and educating customers and prospects with deposits, withdrawals, transfer requests, and the sale of monetary instruments at Border Bank.
Schedule:
Shifts are between 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday.
Teller Responsibilities:
Accuracy in cash counting, ensuring cash drawer is in balance, within assigned limits and is kept secure at all times.
Assist in running branch capture/proof and adhere to the appropriate daily schedule for completion.
Understand and comply with the related laws and compliance regulations that pertain to the job function. Examples include Bank Secrecy Act, Privacy, and Funds Availability. This includes also following bank-wide policies and procedures.
Other duties may include, maintaining branch equipment and reporting any issues to supervisor, filling/balancing of the ATM, processing night and mail deposits, currency exchange, etc.
Will be knowledgeable about and educate customers on additional banking products and services such as Checking and Savings Accounts, Certificates of Deposit, IRAs, Debit Cards and Electronic Banking. Always prioritize the customer's best interest in sales related activities.
Teller Education and Requirements:
Prefer a high school degree, or equivalent.
This job requires skills needed in a typical office environment. This includes computer skills, communication skills, as well as utilization of office equipment.
Must have the dexterity to count money.
