Helbiz is a multi-modal, international company with a focus on micro-mobility to solve first and last-mile transportation problems. Helbiz offers an array of mobility products including electric scooters and bicycles to cities around the world. We aim to revolutionize mobility in cities and on campuses by offering unique and creative transportation options that are more sustainable, efficient, and affordable.

Helbiz is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented leader to join our team as the Central Operations Efficiency Manager. You will work to improve efficiency through analysis and design. In this position, you will drive key initiatives, such as reducing inefficiency, designing workflows, and developing tools and processes for our warehouse operations.

To be successful in this role, you should be an innovative problem solver and have an entrepreneurial attitude. You will be a part of an international, multi-disciplinary team in a rapidly growing micro-mobility industry.

ResponsibilitiesLead all field and warehouse operational efficiency initiatives supporting our worldwide markets Conduct analysis of our current operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and improve our processes.Lead labor modeling to ensure we have an optimal workforce to handle demand and support our city partners throughout the entire year.Act as liaison between City Managers and our central teams to support feature creation for internal operational tools.Create and help implement routines and SOPS to standardize operations across our individual markets

RequirementsBachelor's Degree3+ years working experience Ability to work independently while managing stakeholders remotely Advanced proficiency in Excel; SQL, Tableau preferred Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills Willingness to travel 30% of the time
