The Electric Drive Technical Specialist is responsible for support of electric drives used in mobile equipment reporting to engineering and support sales. In this role you will:
Size and select electric drives and motors for off highway equipment. Develop and support system schematics for drives and accessories. Onsite validation and testing support for OEM customers. Assist in identifying new vendors to support drive applications. Internal account manager awareness and sales support Customer product training
General Education and Experience:
Education: 2 year technical degree - 4 year engineering degree preferred. Experience: 2 year's experience as Application Engineer or technical specialist developing and support drive solutions.

To organize teams and ensure assignments are being completed and reporting on the progress. To manage and create content, which includes documentation of projects; Using 6 sigma tools to validate effectiveness of projects; Using OE slides that identify the scope and desired outcomes along with timelines for reporting out and completing projects.
Major Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously that involve multiple cross-functional teams. Develop and maintain a project plan, which may include the project requirements, technical solution, resource plan, work plan, and estimated project duration/effort. Develop an understanding of the customer needs and the business and project objectives. Identify process improvement opportunities that will eliminate defective processes and introduce better control inputs and changes. Other Projects as assigned by the supervisor
