CACI is seeking an Electronics Technician Shipboard Instructor with LCS and/or LTF experience and Master Training Specialist designation to train international sailors at the Multi-Mission Surface Combatant (MMSC) Maritime Training Facility in Jacksonville, FL.

**SELECTED CANDIDATE FOR HIRE MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO THE JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA AREA - THIS POSITION IS BASED ONSITE AT NAVAL STATION MAYPORT.**

**What You'll Get to Do:**

You will support Program Executive Office (PEO) for Unmanned and Small Combatants' (USC), Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program Office (PMS 525) through the development and delivery of curricula in the operation, maintenance and repair of shipboard electronics including radar, communications, and navigation equipment.

**More About the Role:**

International Training Instruction with an emphasis on Surface Ship Combat Systems and Operations technical ratings. Position requires excellent communication skill and personality to mentor and teach foreign military students how to operate and maintain technical equipment and perform specialized work in a Combat Systems or Operations Department environment.

Be able to train foreign military students using mentoring and team building skills in work center functions and WQSB responsibilities ranging from A&C School levels of learning to high-performance skills associated with cross-training and team performance required in a minimally-manned highly automated ship.

**You'll Bring These Qualifications:**

+ 8 years' experience with Navy shipboard specialty/rating operations and maintaining, repairing, calibrating, and providing instruction on electronics including radar, communications, and navigation equipment.

+ 2 years' experience as an LCS LPO/CPO crew member or LTF instructor providing LCS instruction.

+ 2 years' experience performing or managing Navy programs/systems (3M, Work Center leadership, Tag Out, DCPO, etc.).

+ 2 years' experience leading "train to qualify" and "train to certify" process on an LCS class ship using LCS shore-based trainer or shipboard underway periods requiring dynamic assessment of watch standers during warfare scenarios.

+ One year's experience interfacing with training systems/simulations for effective and correct presentation of learning objectives.

+ One years' experience conducting traditional classroom instruction as well as support operations and maintenance training.

+ One years' experience working independently and with Instructional Designers, and with other SMEs to develop classroom course materials within your warfare/work center areas.

+ Support pilot course review and gap analysis and provide recommendations to revise and correct training gaps and course materials.

+ Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively individually and in a team environment.

+ Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word and PowerPoint.

+ Ability to travel up to 10% of the time and conduct underway training.

+ U.S. citizenship.

+ Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

+ Associates degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
