• Define necessary documentation required to facilitate part transition to new suppliers
• Gather all available documents/information related each manufacturing process, inspection, Operating procedures, Standard work instruction, checklist and update in standard usable format as knowledge base
• Check and verify the documents in line with actual scenario in the plant and update accordingly.
• Capture lessons learnt and Process improvement records and document using standard approaches and tools.
• Check and verify FAI, LAI & PPAP documents and update to latest version /standards
• Work with stake holders to fetch the data and document from various sources
• Standardize all manufacturing, process documents and digitize as necessary to maintain to single source with latest version
• Plan and track the work completion and update stake holders on regular frequency.
**Required Skills (Technical Competency):**
• Good understanding of manufacturing process, work instructions, Standard operating procedure and quality documents of production environment
• Knowledge manufacturing process documents, tooling, quality documents in a production environment
• Review level knowledge of the Manufacturing routers, WI's, SOP, PPAP and FAI processes
• Experience with AS9100, ISO9001, APQP, QMS, Lean/Six Sigma
• Ability to interpret Engineering drawings / GD&T specifications required
• Ability to work under minimal supervision to execute the 'Essential Job Functions' required
• Proficiency with MS Office products Excel and PowerPoint required
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and organized
• Ability to persuade and influence without authority
