You will lead a strong engineering team to build out the platform to improve the commerce experience for Outreach customers, increase efficiency of revenue operation for the business, and accelerate revenue growth and improve profitability of Outreach. You have the opportunity to define the charter, products, and technology. About the Team
The Monetization Services is a recently established team set to build out the first technology platform to execute monetization strategies across an expanding portfolio of Outreach products. We enable flexible subscription and consumption pricing models and product offering choices. We provide frictionless and seamless experience for customers to try, purchase, and grow their use of Outreach. We build a robust platform to empower Outreach to easily, reliably, and smartly monetize our innovations, from licensing to usage metering to billing. We create a feedback loop through capturing massive data regarding how customers use our products and learn to optimize the strategies and accelerate the impact.

We're currently recruiting for a Site Reliability Engineering Manager to join our cloud services team during an exciting period of growth. As the Site Reliability Engineering Manager, you will help maintain the operational excellence of our product and take it to the next level.

You'll be leading a team of highly experienced, passionate, and technical cloud engineers who are remotely based throughout the US and EU and who are well accustomed to running scalable, automated, and securely architected environments.

The Site Reliability Engineering Manager will report to our Director, Cloud Services based in Germany.

This role is a full-time permanent position based in North America (ideally CST/ EST time zones).
Additional responsibilities will include but are not limited to; As well as people management responsibilities you will own operational leadership for your team including but not limited to coordination of deployments, on-call rotation, maintenance windows, incident management from detection to resolution and root cause analysis, tracking and elimination of cost anomalies Coordinating ticket escalation from our customer support team Further development of our observability configuration i.e., making decisions on and spearheading definition and prioritisation of new alerts, identification and removal of the ones not bearing any useful insight, design and application of fixes to the affected systems, automation of self-healing, and creation of runbacks
