Major Responsibilities

  • Participate in the set-up, execution, and breakdown of all SE Productions events & activations
  • Responsible for the physical set up and breakdown of event spaces including but not limited to: tables, chairs, photos booths, truss and other equipment for meetings and special events
  • Execute projects & event space set-up with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist in the management and supervision of promotional giveaway distribution
  • Work closely with clients and third party vendors with professionalism and exceptional service
  • Balancing event expertise, efficiency and entertainment of guests
  • Engage with guests while maintaining full control of event logistics and safety
  • Account for every detail of an event while ensuring that each event runs seamlessly
  • Ensure that all of our customers are having fun and enjoying the event
  • Support all SE Productions’ initiatives and follow all policies and procedures
  • Maintain professionalism when interacting with personnel, media, and other guests
  • Will perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Ability to understand and follow verbal or written instructions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail (annoyed by things like messy Gaff tape lines, tails on zip ties, sloppy power runs, cardboard boxes showing during event, etc..)
  • Strong customer focus; take action that contributes to exceptional experiences for guests.
  • Demonstrated ability to be creative and innovative, and proactive in promoting new ideas and concepts.
  • Exemplifies a collaborative approach in dealing with management, team members, vendors, and guests. Is respectful of other people’s contributions, and is tactful and sensitive, persuasive yet inclusive.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication; verbal and nonverbal communication is clear, respectful, and appropriate for the audience.
  • Excellent teamwork; collaborate and communicate with others professionally and positively.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required, Bachelors degree preferred
  • Experience on the ground at events is strongly preferred
  • Forklift operation experience is a plus!

Physical Demands/Working Conditions

  • Must be available to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be available for large scale events throughout the calendar year that require full staffing levels
  • Must be able to stand and/or walk for the duration of an event.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
