Full Time, Days The Director of Radiology manages the day-to-day operations of assigned departments including administrative functions and service-line growth related to Imaging Services. Responsible for leading, enhancing, directing, organizing, and monitoring activities to facilitate seamless diagnostic care for both in-patient and out-patient customers. Reports to Chief Operating Officer and is accountable for assessing, planning, developing, implementing, and executing strategies and tactics to achieve optimal financial performance, clinical superiority, and regulatory compliance.
Maintains quality services such as customer/physician complaints and concerns are investigated upon notification with corrective action and follow-up, performance improvement is monitored and reported in a timely manner, and strives to devise more efficient methods for achieving optimal productivity.
Develops and maintains accurate documentation of policy and procedure manual updated/implemented to achieve departmental objectives, job specifications developed, maintained and revised as needed, personnel files including orientation/education programs, licensure and evaluation records are maintained accurately, radiation exposure reports posted after RSO review and employees notified in writing when threshold exceeds.
Continually develops, evaluates, constantly monitors, and documents staff performance; praises, advises, and disciplines employees as needed, evaluates all supervisory and lead employees in each modality of Imaging Services, reviews all staff evaluations completed by supervisors and leads on their employees, interviews prospective employees and hires staff based upon work related knowledge, skill and ability, reviews, corrects and approves employee timesheets.
Supports operational functions such as helps plan and conduct staff meetings for all shifts to identify issues and provide important information to employees, assists in the preparing of Operational and Capital Budgets, assists in preparing the department to meet regulatory requirements, reviews operational budgets and assists with variance reporting as needed, and submits recommendations to improve operations and efficiency.
Considers and evaluates the impact of department procedural decisions on the overall function of the entire institution, and prioritizes established deadlines are met for departmental programs and special projects.

**Vocera K-12 Education Sales Representative** _Covering the state of Florida_ As a Sales Representative at Stryker, you will be at the forefront of promoting and selling our Vocera products, with a focus on providers in education (kindergarten (K) through twelfth grade (12)). As a Clinical Specialist at Stryker, you will help improve orthopedic surgeries around the world and play a direct role in our mission of making healthcare better. In this role, you will build deep clinical and technical expertise across both robotic (Mako SmartRobotics™) and manual orthopedic procedures. You will support surgeons in the operating room by assisting with pre-operative planning, case preparation, system setup, and real-time procedural workflows to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient outcomes.
You will gain hands-on experience working with Mako technology-including CT-based planning, implant sizing, registration, and intra-operative support-while also developing strong competency in manual procedures, instrumentation, and OR protocols. Through shadowing experienced team members, supporting product demonstrations, and participating in labs and education programs, you will learn the systems, processes, and best practices that define world-class clinical support.
This role requires adaptability, steady composure, and strong problem-solving in a fast-paced surgical environment. Because patients' needs don't follow business hours, you will also participate in on-call coverage, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure uninterrupted support for urgent cases and time-sensitive customer needs.
What You Will Do
Gain competency in solo case coverage for manual and robotic procedures through hands-on training.
Assist surgeons with pre-operative CT-based planning, implant sizing, and positioning using advanced software.
Support full case preparation, including instrumentation checks, equipment setup, and OR readiness.
Troubleshoot technical issues confidently and efficiently in the operating room.
Learn and support workflow for daily account coordination, including inventory management and logistics.
Shadow experienced teammates to understand territory dynamics and surgeon preferences.
Participate in product demonstrations, cadaver labs, education programs, and customer training events.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and cross-functional partners.
Manage administrative tasks related to accounts, system updates, and case documentation.
Collaborate with sales partners to ensure seamless execution and a unified customer experience.
Complete required trainings, competencies, and certifications.
Provide on-call coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What You Need
Minimum Required:
Bachelor's degree
OR
Associate degree with 4 years of professional and/or related experience
OR
High school diploma with 6 years of professional and/or related experience
Preferred:
1 year of relevant work experience.
Previous clinical experience (nursing, physical therapy, surgical technology, athletic training, personal training, medical scribing, etc.).
Extracurricular involvement such as community service, leadership organizations, or athletic teams.
