Since most accidents occur during transportation of these items, we designed a durable container to protect 55-gallon drums during transportation: the 95-gallon Poly-Overpack Salvage Drum. Although its form has changed over the 30+ years we has been in business, it remains one of the most important tools for protecting the environment during the transportation of hazardous chemicals.
Position Overview:
The finisher would be responsible for trimming excess material from the plastic molds once it is through the heating process.
Key Responsibilities:
Trimming excess material
Use of various hand tools
Visual inspection of finished products
Plastics experience preferred but not required
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Mechanically inclined
Ability to life 30-50 lbs. throughout shift
Ability to be feet for 10 hour shifts
Reliable transportation

We are looking for a talented Polisher to join our team. This position is responsible for grinding and polishing equipment to correct defects and prepare surfaces for finishing. Polishers work with shop machinery and basic hand tools, as well as build documents and drawings, to grind or polish products according to customer specifications. Polishers must have a strong attention to detail to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met. We primarily work with stainless steel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Grind and polish products to correct defects and prepare surfaces for finishing
•Deburr materials
•Work with shop machinery and basic hand tools
•Measure and mark products to ensure grinding and polishing standards are met
•Grind and polish products according to customer specifications
•Work with build documents and basic drawings
•Maintain a clean and organized workspace/shop
Skills and Abilities
•Mechanically inclined; ability to work with shop machinery and basic hand tools
•Ability to read a tape measure accurately to 1/16th of an inch
•Ability to add and subtract fractions
•Communicates well with others; asks for and offers help when needed
•Detail oriented; meets quality standards and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
•Organized; completes work in a timely manner; able to prioritize and meet deadlines
•Problem-solver; gathers and analyzes information skillfully and generates suggestions for improving work
