What You'll Do:
Fabrication & Assembly: Read and interpret fabrication spools and technical drawings to cut, shape, and assemble piping materials using hand and power tools.

Grind and buff seams, joints, and rough surfaces to ensure smooth finishes.
Inspect product quality and installation for conformance to specifications.

Working Hours:

SUMMARY
The Welder is responsible for set-up and operation of advanced welding equipment. Qualifications & Experience:
• 2-5 years of previous welding experience.
• Good math skills including understanding numerical data and taking accurate measurements.
• Must have a valuable clear vision, being able to see details at close range of self.
• Prefer some previous experience in interpreting blueprints, specifications, diagrams or schematics and determining appropriate welding process, but not necessary. As well as previous experience knowledge of MIG, TIG, spool gun, or push-pull welding applications. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job, but not necessary.
Working Environment:
• The current work environment is partially environmentally controlled indoor environment. Depending upon the time of year, working temperature can fluctuate between 60F and 100F but typically is held around 70F.
• The Employee must have the ability to work from heights at ground floor up to 20' from the ground on ladders or platforms of varying sizes.
• The Employee may be subjected to noise levels which may range from low volume too loud and will be required to wear provided safety hearing devices from time to time. A Hearing Conservation Test was performed, eliminating the requirement for hearing protection; however, it is available if personally needed.
• The Employee will be exposed to a variety of household/commercial chemicals which will require the Employee to follow company rules/regulations outlined by that chemical's MSDS.
• All Team Members must wear provided OSHA approved eye protection at all times on the Production Floor.
• PPE - The Employee will be required to wear provided safety eyewear throughout the performance of their duties. In some cases (painting, insulating, undercoating, etc.) the team member may be required to wear a respirator. No Team Member is to perform the duties requiring a respirator until they have successfully complied with the Respiratory Protection Program.

Job Summary:
As a
Welder Helper
, you will be responsible for ensuring parts are available, moving materials between workstations, grinding and cleaning welds, drilling and taping holes, and general assistance to welders. Must work individually and as a team as required to achieve production, quality, and quantity goals. Performing repetitive work is essential.
Job Duties:
Move materials and products between workstations by hand, on carts or with forklift
Help provide welders with support, tools, and supplies needed to complete work
Able to follow directions of welders to assist in manufacturing process
Able to read and comprehend production drawings or schematics to help manufacture products
Knowledge of safe use and handling of power or hand tools
Maintain clean and orderly working area at all times
Maintain a high degree of quality and inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards
Leave equipment and materials in proper place and order at the end of shift
Comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies
Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at any time
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to use basic math, writing, and computer skills
Ability to speak, write, read, and comprehend procedures in English
Ability to safely operate various hand and power tools
Ability to work assigned hours plus overtime as needed
Physical Requirements:

May stoop, bend, kneel, squat, reach; perform repetitive motions using hands to grasp, push, pull or do fine manipulations
