We are working at the National Institute of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, MD to provide top notch cyber-security engineering talent to build out integration patterns using Layer 7 CA API Gateway. The Layer 7 Gateway Engineer will be a hands-on resource who can implement enterprise level security integration patterns to be used throughout the NIH Enterprise and its business partners.
The Software Engineer will work in areas of Designing, modifying, optimizing and managing CA/Layer7 API Gateway, including deploying for scalability, refactoring policies for performance and seamless migration, integrating with datastore and backend systems. May also develop additional tools/utilities.
Candidates will be working in a fast paced environment and will need to have the skills to perform the following:
+ Publish restful and SOAP API using CA Layer 7 API gateway.
+ Create custom gateway policies within CA Layer 7 API gateway.
+ Experience integrating SSO, LDAP and OpenID with CA Layer 7 API gateway.
+ Experience with OAuth Tool Kit
+ Experience integrating basic authentication and mutual authentication with CA Layer 7 API gateway.
+ Performance tuning CA API Gateway.

The Multi-layer Insulation (MLI) Engineer will be a thermal engineering assistant supporting the design (patterns), assembly, fabrication, and installation of flight and non-flight Multi-Layer Insulation. Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Support the design and fabrication of MLI from engineering patterns or drawings developed under the direction of a lead thermal engineer.
* Support integration and test operations involving installation of MLI and other thermal hardware.
* Support thermal testing.
* Work with engineers to develop Work Orders and other documentation to properly track MLI fabrication and assembly efforts.
* Develop skills to support spacecraft assembly and handling operations in clean room environments.
