The Fischer Farm Maintenance person assists with custodial work, field work and minor repairs at Fischer Farm. DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all farm visitors. Perform custodial tasks in historic farm house. Assist with cleaning and maintenance of farm outbuildings and grounds. Perform building and equipment repairs as needed. Use power tools as required. Assist with livestock care as needed. 🌾Farm Equipment Operator This role is responsible for safely applying crop nutrients and crop protection products to customer fields, while also helping with day-to-day operations at the facility and grain elevator. The person in this position plays a key role in supporting growers, maintaining equipment, and keeping the location running smoothly.
