Essential Functions and Responsibilities
+ Collaborating with technical staff in the development of proposals, presentations, and qualifications packages
+ Writing and editing technical content including resumes and project briefs
+ Maintaining information for use in proposals
+ Tracking leads, opportunities, and wins/losses
+ Conducting market research on client programs and opportunities
Required Skills
+ Be able to multi-task and work within deadlines
+ Be self-motivated
+ Be able to communicate effectively
+ Be a team player contributing ideas and solving problems
Required Experience
+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, or other applicable discipline
+ Minimum of 3 years of A/E/C industry experience
+ Working knowledge of InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite
+ Familiarity with federal sites including SAM.gov, GSA eBuy, USASpending, etc.
Working Conditions
Work is performed on a hybrid schedule - a combination of office and remote work. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
