WORK SCHEDULE Part-Time Overnight/Early Morning Hours This is a temporary entry level non-exempt position. Under the direction of the Distribution Center Manager (DCM) or the Assistant Distribution Manager (ADM), performs administrative tasks for the daily distribution center operations and can assist with the manual labor aspects of the operation. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Freight Unloader to join our team. The Freight Unloader will be responsible for unloading freight from trucks and ensuring that the freight is properly sorted and stored. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Unload freight from trucks and transport it to the appropriate storage area - Sort and organize freight according to destination and type - Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to move freight - Ensure that all freight is properly labeled and stored - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times Hours: Monday - Friday 5am - finish (approx 2-3pm) Pay starts hourly while training and then goes to piecework paying you based off the work completed.
