RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Availability to teach a minimum of 4-5 classes per week (classes are offered early mornings, midday, evenings, weekends, and holidays).
- Diligent planning and preparation before each class, including diligent study of choreography and class planning prior to each class, as well as learning full choreography changes on a quarterly basis
- Ability to demonstrate excellent Pure Barre technique
- Ability to lift hand weights, demonstrate full body pushups, and maintain high-energy for 50-minute class is required
- Attend monthly team meeting/workshop
- Assist with keeping the studio tidy
- All teachers are required to complete a 4-day training at one of our corporate training centers, as well as significant 'at home' study and preparation for certification before being eligible to teach classes.

KEY DUTIES
TruFusion is looking for friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable talent to inspire students and grow our community. Teachers must have ability to demonstrate various exercises and postures in an alignment direction.
Organize and lead group exercise sessions in an upbeat, fun and safe manner.
Have strong interpersonal skills: friendly outgoing personality able to connect with students and have strong connection to community.
Fitness teachers at TruFusion will lead and instruct, motivate, and inspire students daily. Teachers will guide students to challenge themselves using safe and efficient techniques through mind and body connection, breathe technique and alignment.
Customer Service
