About the Role: The Truck Driver is a CDL Class A driving position that is responsible for driving materials and equipment to project locations which are subject to cross state lines and may require overnight stays. Now that you obtained your Class A CDL license you found out just about no company will hire you without recent OTR experience. Many carriers won't give you a chance without experience we will. you're approved you will come in for our 1 1/2 day Orientation. After successful completion you will go out with a trainer for 4 weeks. Our goal is to build your confidence behind the wheel and turn you into a excellent safe Class A driver. You'll start out at $650.00 per week salary. This pay rate is for your first 30 days only. Once you have completed training you'll come home to unwind. You will take 2-5 days off then get moved into your own truck with a big pay raise from $1250~$1600 on average depending on which position you chose once in your own company truck.
