Currently a Principal with FocusCFO, David has held several \'C\' level positions with entrepreneurial companies over the last 20 years, most recently serving as the CEO and Director of the software company, Bostech Corporation. He has performed Entrepreneur in Residence services for TechColumbus (now Rev1 Ventures) and TechGROWTH Ohio. He also spent ten years with Ernst and Young where he was an executive in their Entrepreneurial Services Group. A member of the Advisory Boards of 2Checkout.com, coolWIRE, Fine Citizens, and Toccata Technologies, he has also served as an Executive Mentor for the Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization Academy at the Ohio State University's Center for Entrepreneurship. He is active in the Not-for-Profit community including work with social enterprise. David is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®).

Wendy Brugmann is a Member of a flexible professional CFO services practice at FocusCFO, Ohio and is based in Mantua, Ohio. She has worked as Controller/Human Resource Administrator at Cardinal Fastener Inc, VP Treasurer at Ecocenters, and CFO at Cardinal Fastener Inc. Wendy studied at Crestwood Midstream Partners LP, Kent State University between 1975 and 1979, and Crestwood High School until 1975.

Bill Goebel is an Area President Focus CFO NC at FocusCFO, CEO Owner at MPACT Maintenance & Reliability Solutions, and Vice Chair Boy Scouts National Service Territory 15 at Boy Scouts of America and is based in Greensboro, North Carolina. He has worked as President at GMA Marketing Group, Congressional Aide at U.S House of Representatives, and VP Marketing at VERVE GLOBAL SERVICES. Bill studied at Roosevelt Univerity between 1978 and 1979, Harvard University between 1973 and 1974, and Roosevelt University between 1980 and 1982.
