Provides sanitary conditions in washrooms, and washes windows, walls, and woodwork. Cleans walkways, shovels snow, and generally assists in keeping outside areas in a clean and orderly condition. Qualifications: Requires the equivalent of successful completion of high school and one year of custodial experience. Must have the ability to perform the described custodial duties including knowledge of methods, equipment, and supplies used in the cleaning and upkeep of facilities. Must be physically able to perform a variety of manual tasks and lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact positively with the public.
