**Principal Duties and Responsibilities:**

Order Fulfillment Representative includes, but is not limited to these tasks and responsibilities, as the company may direct employees toward additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.

+ Manage all digital fulfillment related to Software, Hardware Addons, and Individual Computer Loading.

+ Manage Digital Aspects related to SIAB Order Fulfillment - including complete computer setup, software installation, hardware setup and configuration.

+ Manage software fulfillment and hardware setup for all GC3 orders.

+ Review and process all digital online orders through Shopify and Stripe platforms.

+ Process all Repair Order to pull parts from inventory using the MiSys platform.

**Required Skills/Knowledge:**

+ Understanding of Windows Operating System, Software Installation, basic understanding of Windows Explorer Folder Function and Organization.

+ Ability to lift 30-50lbs; maneuver and move large packages, and work on ladders as needed.

+ Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts

+ Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around. Go up and down stairs (where applicable)

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to grasp and execute complex processes.

+ Ability to manage tasks over time at varied priorities and bring to conclusion.

+ Strong Attention to Details, able to review and correct documentation quickly.

+ Previous experience with Shopify, Stripe, Sales Force or MiSys is a plus!

USA Job Function Description: Accountable for the completion of transactional account processes, including: Repair Claims, Total Loss Claims; Title Release requests and ensures accurate posting of all transactions to customer accounts. Liaises with customers and third parties to resolve open issues in alignment to internal processes and external regulations. Supports respectful customer experiences throughout life of loan.

Essential Functions/Responsibilty Statements:
Receives and reviews incoming work, processes account transactions, and verifies to ensure account accuracy.
Follows all established standards of procedures and guidelines when processing transactions to protect the Consumer and Company.
Organizes and completes work accurately and in accordance with established measures/deadlines and assigned goals.
Documents and tracks all account activity in system of record.
