Job Description GDS Associates, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for an IT Lead Engineer in the Marietta, GA office. The Lead in the IT Department is responsible for supporting and maintaining hybrid IT infrastructure with emphasis on Microsoft Azure cloud services and cybersecurity. This role manages both on-premises and cloud systems, enforces security policies and procedures, and ensures compliance with organizational standards. Additional duties include user support (onboarding, training, account administration, help desk) and IT platform management (setup, configuration, troubleshooting, administration). The position also develops system enhancements and collaborates with internal IT teams to optimize performance and security. In this role, you'll assist with project coordination, property boundary verification, surveying, and supporting acquisition representatives across utility and infrastructure projects, spanning both field and office environments. ERM is hiring Site Safety Managers to support our client's solar construction projects regionally in Macon and Savannah, Georgia. In this critical safety role, you will be responsible for communicating with stakeholders, ensuring the project timeline is met, and providing leadership to contractors and vendors associated with the safe delivery of company projects. The Site Safety Manager will possess a broad knowledge of construction safety. This is a full-time (50 hours/week), limited-term role for a duration of 18 months, renewable. RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure the seamless execution of this project and maximize impact on the sustainable energy landscape. Serve as the liaison between the developer and project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project progress.
