Revenue generation through coordinated calling efforts - both independent and/or joint calling with RM's
Maintain contact with key decision makers
Manage pricing negotiation and proposals
Thorough knowledge of Treasury Management products and processes with understanding of how clients utilize them
Act as day-to-day support for Treasury Management clients providing ongoing training and problem research and resolution. Takes ownership of client experience by forming relationships and providing efficient and effective solutions
Assist in implementing new products and services for clients. Supports deposit scanner installations on-site or by phone
Maintain up-to-date client information on Bank system/files to ensure client documentation is accurate and complete
Assist in billing and analysis processes
Support training clients, lenders, and internal teams on all treasury management products
Helps support and maintain product suite to maintain a competitive, high quality service offering
Project Management responsibilities involving product enhancements, client communication and documentation
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of related policies, regulations and procedures
Develop working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system capabilities and integration of treasury products and automation
