About the Role
The Contingent Worker Program Manager will focus on building and standardizing global operations and processes that support our scaling contingent worker population. This position will provide the opportunity to implement a company first Global Managed Service provider and will help to ensure a smooth integration into our operations and systems. Reporting into the Senior Director of People Operations and HRIS, this role will work closely with the Global People Operations Teams and HRIS Team, as well as other cross functional teams and leaders.
What You Will DoBuild and scale Global Contingent Worker program, including ownership of a phased vendor roll-out plan.Own the ongoing CW program management; driving improvements through a data-based approach.Partner with operational stakeholders such as People Operations, Legal, Procurement, IT, etc. Partner with globally distributed and highly cross-functional teams to expand the contingent worker program in a phased approach.Proactively identify improvement opportunities, deliver changes, and measure results across the project environment.Stabilize the Contingent Worker program with the goal to expand scope of responsibilities into relevant areas such as involvement with our global employees of record and associated EOR vendors.
