Stuart Landesberg is the Co-Founder & CEO of Grove Collaborative, the leading digital-first brand & ecommerce platform for natural home and personal care. Stu has long been passionate about sustainability. He founded Grove, which has been a Certified B Corp since its founding, after learning that offline distribution meant that just a small percentage of families were choosing healthy, sustainable home care products. Grove now serves hundreds of thousands of households in the U.S. every month and has raised over $100 million in total capital. Stu was previously an investor at TPG Growth, where he was involved in over $400 million in consumer and technology investments. Stu and his wife Caitlin live in San Francisco with their daughter and dog, and spend as much time outside as possible.

Andrew Rendich is the VP of Operations at Clinkle. Previously he served as Netflix's Chief Service and Operations Officer starting in 2009. From 2007 to 2009, Mr. Rendich served as Vice President of Operations. He served in various other roles within Netflix since 1999. Prior to joining Netflix, Mr. Rendich served as a Director of Engineering at Verax Systems. Mr. Rendich holds degrees in computer engineering and computer science from RIT and Alfred State.

Delida Costin built her career on high-growth teams in companies that forced industry evolution: CNET Networks, a pioneer in digital advertising and downloadable software; Pandora Media, a pioneer in music streaming: and lynda.com, a pioneer in online just-in-time educational videos. She is laser focused on both rigor and creativity to drive business results. Delida is not troubled by uncertainty and brings a measured, forward-thinking, results-oriented perspective to transition as well as crisis.

Her expertise is a fit for public or private companies that

• must navigate rapid growth landmines such as regulatory uncertainty, new business models, novel products, high-profile litigation, and new compliance and risk management requirements

• must scale operational and managerial capabilities to transition from early stage to mid-stage to mature

Based in Oakland, California

Servaes Tholen joined Grove in January 2020 from Thumbtack, where he served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for over four years. Prior to Thumbtack, Servaes was Chief Financial Officer of Elance and Upwork where he was primarily responsible for Finance, Human Resources, Analytics and Data Science, before, during and after the merger between Elance and oDesk that created Upwork. Earlier in his career, he held various finance roles at eBay in the Netherlands, UK and US, including Chief Financial Officer of the North America business unit.

Since I graduated college I’ve been a marketer obsessed with connecting consumers with brands and making a difference in their lives. I’ve worked for high profile global brands in Canada, US. and Asia in the hospitality, entertainment, financial services, telecom and retail categories. I’m obsessed with the customer experience, people, building extraordinary teams, transforming and reinvigorating brands, aligning brand with culture both internally and externally, storytelling, and unleashing the power of digital to drive the guest experience.

What I Do Today:

I have to pinch myself every day at how lucky I am to do what I do. Lots of companies talk about being in the experience business but here at MGM Resorts we really ARE in the experience business. Here’s a snap of our business and what I get to work on 24/365. #luckyme

Our Food & Beverage business is the second largest non chain restaurant in North America. Over 350 restaurants with world re known chefs.

Over 30 Hotel and Casinos - Bellagio, Aria, MGM to name a few.

Our Entertainment Business is one of the world’s largest too. We co-own T Mobile arena and 27 other venues. Think Cirque du Soleil shows, A-list concerts, major sporting events and we even own our very own WNBA basketball team, the Las Vegas Aces.

Our Nightlife business is some of the best nightlife in the world. Period.

Our Retail & Spa- We have over 400 retail stores we market including high end luxury.

What I Believe:

Technology is an enabler in the world we live in, but the Power of Human Engagement must NEVER be forgotten.

People Matter. Period. End of Story. Treat them like they are the most important, because they are.
